Shift your life today teaches the power of a process. Knowing and having a process to shift your life makes it an easier task. I know shifting and changing yourself and your life to create who and what you desire it to be can appear to be challenging. You might have thought to yourself more than once, I am going to change my thoughts, I am going to change my life. I am going to create a better me.
Arising at the decision is half the battle. Learning and training yourself to do it is the other half. There are many different ways to retrain your self to do this. You can just focus on thinking positive. However, sometimes that is easier said than done, especially when we have negative beliefs that still pop up. Also, many of us have negative unconscious beliefs that pop up even if we don’t ask them to. You can go to a coach or similar person to help you identify and shift your negative beliefs. You can find a book to guide you through a transformational process. Or you can find a process that works for you. The most important in all of these is to find a process you can use everyday that you can remember and work.
All the others are great, but to truly transform you have to take responsibility for your growth when no one else is around. On of my favorite quotes when I was a high school softball player was, “Pride is that which disciplines an athlete to do their best even when no one is watching.” The quote for changing your life goes, “Commitment to true and lasting change, is the desire and discipline to shift your life in every moment it needs to be shifted.” True shifting of your life happens when you take on the responsibility of finding a process and working it, without anyone next to you telling you to do it

Shift your life today talks about how to recognize what you are sending out to the Universe. Most people have heard of the Law of Attraction and maybe you have even seen the movie The Secret. Our thoughts and beliefs create our reality. They create a vibration that goes out and thus vibrates the things that have the same vibration and brings them to us.
Have you ever wondered why when you are agitated you walk into the bank or your favorite coffee place and it seems like the person waiting on you is someone who continues to agitate you? And you think, “Why couldn’t I have gotten the smarter or nicer or faster one next to her? ” The reason is you were putting out the vibration of agitation. Thus you sent a signal to magnetically draw those in the frequency of agitiation to be drawn to you.
The same happens with the positive side of things. Have you ever been in a fabulous mood, loving life and running errands? You go to the bank and it’s quick and smooth. You get quick polite service. Then you go to a store where you find helpful wonderful sales people just when you need them. And then you continue on to lunch where you have the most excellent waiter. You created that by being in the vibration of fabulous. You were living in fabulous so fabulous was attracted to you. Make sure to check in with what you are creating!

Shift your life today explains how deciding how you want others to see you will shift your life. Setting intentions and shift our lives isn’t just about what objects we want to attract into our lives. See it as the whole picture. Ask yourself, what is the big picture that I want my life to look like? One big question you want to ask yourself is, “How do I want others to see me?” It’s true we cannot control others or make others see us one way or another. However, by setting the intention that others see me as strong and confident, we are telling ourselves to act strong and confident. Remember an intention is a determination to act. As we ask ourselves and set the intention of how we want to be seen, our body/mind system responds by creating the person we want to be. When we set the intention we are also telling ourselves we want to be open to others seeing that great quality about us.
Often we just need to ask a different question to get to what it is we want to be, see, and create. As a Life Enhancement Coach who teaches this stuff yesterday was one of my proudest moments. One of the athletes I work with was given a very big honor by the media. As I watched the video and the commentator discuss her strengths and her potential I was instantly transported back to the session where she said she wanted others to see her as all those things. I remember when we shifted her to having others see her that way. With the proper understanding of how to do it, shift does happen.
Today, ask yourself, how do I want to be seen by others? And as always if this resonates with you and makes you go, “hum” you may want to come to my workshop and learn more.

Shift Your Life Today asks, Just how do you change your thoughts? People are always saying to change your life, change your thoughts. But no one really ever tells us how to change our thoughts. People will tell us to think positively, but there is more to changing your thoughts than to thinking positively.
The number one thing for changing your thoughts to change your life is to have a process. I will be teaching my process for doing this at my workshop in a few weeks. You can also learn the process in my book. Whether it’s my process or someone else’s that works for you, having a process helps establish a new pattern and gives you a tool to shift your thoughts on a constant basis. We have been thinking these same thoughts for along time, and one usually leads to another. So, having a process in your change tool belt that you can pull out any time is the first step to changing your thoughts that are creating your life.
