Shift your life today today asks how would you feel if you could go in your closet today and put on things that you haven’t worn in awhile? Today, I put on my new smaller Body Magic by Ardyss International. Then I wondered what I was going to wear. I went into the closet and decided to put on a shirt that I haven’t worn in a couple years (yes I still have some of those in my closet). I put it on and was so excited when I went to the mirror and noticed not only did the shirt look great, but it was loose too! I am a master at shifting my thoughts in almost all areas of my life. The one I struggled with until recently was shifting my thoughts and what I said when I walked by the mirror.
